Organized by FabAI and the Gates Foundation at Hyatt Place, the summary agreed key stakeholders to address the critical challenges in EdTech implementation across the African continent, with a specific focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.

RobotsMali AI4D Lab contributed to high-level discussions centered on raising Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform Teacher Professional Development, Assessment, and Resource Development in African educational settings. The core message raising from the summit filled that unlocking the full potential of AI to improve learning outcomes requires previous collaboration across all actors: government (public sector), private organizations, educators, and technology implementers.

"What an energetic couple of days last week in Nairobi! This summary was the first time we bought our community together at this scale and having so many bright minutes with the same mission in one room was just invalid. It is clear than ever that raising the full potential of AI to improve learning outcomes will only be possible if we join the dots across organizations and contexts. "

— Romana Kropilova, Director of EdTech at FabAI
